42-year-old Shamsud Din Jabbar was identified as the New Orleans terror suspect, who killed 10 and injured 35 in a New Year’s Day event. Jabbar was shot and killed by police after driving into crowds and opening fire. The FBI is leading the investigation, treating it as an act of terrorism.
